And well deserving. I read it a couple of times recently. The future portrayed in this story is so well conceived, you can believe that it really exists. The dialogue with the all-but-human bots is so much fun. But the future looks fucking scary in so many ways, and again, so realistic as to make you look around the corners in your house after you put it down. The historic human proclivities remain, however, which is a relief as well as an utter disappointment.
This story will stay with you though, so beware.
