I am still crying. And not because of your case file references which are vile. Every time you hit bottom, you went further. I do like your innovative approach to the never ending problem of naming streets etc. though. Unfortunately, I think a truly appreciative audience is somewhat limited in size.

I will read the next one after I recover. Just as an aside, I am going to put it on my book shelf on Authonomy although I realize you probably don’t care. It’s not like either of us has anything to gain (or lose) there.

Cliff,

I followed you from the blog at Authonomy. You are refreshing. I am personally very tired of letting the masses rule everything. It is difficult being intelligent. Just mentioning it leaves one open to charges of elitism and arrogance. Acting on it is very much beyond the pale. So Luther (my husband) and I have carved out our own existence, with the ever present wish that somehow there could be space for us in book stores and public dialogue.
I have started reading your book. Evgeny Davidovitch is very amusing. I look forward to reading the rest of it.
